Return policy 

We appreciate buying such a personal item online can be difficult. Please reach out if you have questions or require assistance. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Aramudi purchase we can provide a credit note or exchange if you contact us within 3 days of receipt.

 

Please note the purchase must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. For all returns please include a prepaid express courier bag with the signature on delivery option.

 

Rings

We are happy to exchange rings that are the wrong size, provided you’re comfortable with paying for the cost of return shipping. Please include a prepaid express courier bag with the signature on delivery option.

 

Earrings

We are unable to accept returns of earrings under any circumstances so please choose carefully and please do not hesitate to reach out for more information before making your purchase.

 Please contact us within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order.  

For all returns please contact hello@aramudi.com with your name, address, details of the piece, the reason for return and whether you require a credit note, replacement or exchange. Please include a prepaid express courier bag with the signature on delivery option. 

Please pack your returns carefully in the Aramudi travel pouch and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection. We will provide you with return address details upon receipt of your email.

 

Disclaimer

As with all online purchases, returns will not be processed if the goods have been damaged by you or in transit, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
